Steamed Graham Cornmeal Raisin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham flour
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 large cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- 1 Combine Graham flour, corn meal, wheat flour, raisins, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Add warm water and mix until a thick batter forms.
- 3 Pour mixture into a greased mold or bowl.
- 4 Steam for four hours.
- 5 Slice and serve warm for breakfast.
