Steamed Fruit And Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- Sliced bread
- Fruit
- Sugar to taste
- Small lumps of butter
Method
- 1 Layer sliced bread, fruit, sugar, and small lumps of butter in a pudding bowl until full.
- 2 Place a plate on top and steam for at least two hours.
- 3 Turn out a few minutes before serving to let the juice penetrate the bread.
