Steamed Cabbage With Egg Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Shred the cabbage finely and place in a saucepan. Sprinkle with salt, cover, and steam over low heat until tender.
- 2 In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Stir in the vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- 3 Pour the egg mixture over the steamed cabbage. Heat for five minutes and serve immediately.
