Steamed Asparagus With Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 eggs
- parsley, chopped
- melted butter
Method
- 1 Tie the asparagus bunch with tape and place upright in a pan of boiling salt water, ensuring heads remain above the water to steam.
- 2 Simmer for 15 minutes until tender, then remove and arrange on a serving dish.
- 3 Hard-boil the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and arrange around the asparagus.
- 4 Sprinkle chopped parsley over the asparagus and serve with a side of melted butter.
