Method

  1. 1 Tie the asparagus bunch with tape and place upright in a pan of boiling salt water, ensuring heads remain above the water to steam.
  2. 2 Simmer for 15 minutes until tender, then remove and arrange on a serving dish.
  3. 3 Hard-boil the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and arrange around the asparagus.
  4. 4 Sprinkle chopped parsley over the asparagus and serve with a side of melted butter.
