  • 1 1/2 cups prepared squash pulp
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced onions
  • 2 ounces salt pork, diced

Method

  1. 1 Mix squash pulp, salt, paprika, parsley, and onions thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. 2 Dice salt pork and brown it nicely in a pan.
  3. 3 Drain about half of the fat from the pan.
  4. 4 Add the squash mixture to the pan with the pork and heat through before serving.
