  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup non-fat milk

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
