- 1 head lettuce
- Mustard and cress
- Endive
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Beetroot
- Watercress
- Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Method
- 1 Wash the vegetables well and dry them quickly in a draft.
- 2 Cut the vegetables rather coarsely and place them in a salad bowl.
- 3 Pour mayonnaise or salad dressing over the vegetables.
