Spinach Mounds With Eggs And French Dressing

Method
- 1 Boil spinach until tender, then press through a sieve to remove excess moisture.
- 2 Mix the sieved spinach with French dressing until well combined.
- 3 Chop hard-boiled eggs finely.
- 4 Place a mound of the spinach mixture on a bed of lettuce leaves.
- 5 Conceal a spoonful of chopped egg in the center of each spinach mound.
