Spinach Mounds With Eggs And French Dressing

Ingredients

• lettuce leaves
• spinach
• French dressing
• hard-boiled eggs

Method

1. 1 Boil spinach until tender, then press through a sieve to remove excess moisture.
2. 2 Mix the sieved spinach with French dressing until well combined.
3. 3 Chop hard-boiled eggs finely.
4. 4 Place a mound of the spinach mixture on a bed of lettuce leaves.
5. 5 Conceal a spoonful of chopped egg in the center of each spinach mound.
