Spinach Feta Frittata
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons crumbled feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- 3 Stir in scallions, spinach, and feta cheese.
- 4 Heat oil in an 8-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
- 5 Pour egg mixture into skillet and transfer to oven.
- 6 Bake for 30 minutes until set and golden. Serve immediately.
