Spinach And Egg Tortilla
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 oz butter
- ¾ cup boiled chopped spinach
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Sprinkle lemon juice over the spinach and season well with salt and pepper.
- 2 Fry the spinach lightly in the butter.
- 3 Beat the eggs and pour them into the spinach mixture.
- 4 Let the tortilla set, then turn it with a plate to cook the other side.
- 5 Serve hot.
