Spicy Oyster Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 20 small oysters
Method
- 1 In a bowl, combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, Tabasco sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- 2 Serve the sauce with five small oysters per person.
