  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 5 small oysters per serving

Method

  1. 1 Place chopped onions in a saucepan and cook until soft.
  2. 2 Rub the softened onions through a fine sieve into a bowl.
  3. 3 Stir in horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and paprika until thoroughly mixed.
  4. 4 Add five small oysters per serving to the sauce and serve immediately.
