Spicy Horseradish Oyster Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 5 small oysters per serving
Method
- 1 Place chopped onions in a saucepan and cook until soft.
- 2 Rub the softened onions through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- 3 Stir in horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and paprika until thoroughly mixed.
- 4 Add five small oysters per serving to the sauce and serve immediately.
