Spicy Deviled Beef Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 pint cold cooked beef, chopped very fine
- 1 tablespoon tomato catsup
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion juice
- Thin slices of bread, buttered
- Butter for bread
Method
- 1 Chop the cold cooked beef very fine.
- 2 Mix the beef with tomato catsup, cayenne, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and onion juice until well combined.
- 3 Spread the mixture between thin slices of buttered bread.
- 4 Trim off the crusts and cut the sandwiches into triangles.
