Method

  1. 1 Place ripe capsicum pods, garlic clove, and cayenne pepper into a jar.
  2. 2 Boil the vinegar and pour it hot over the ingredients in the jar.
  3. 3 Fill the jar completely and let it stand for two weeks.
  4. 4 Strain the vinegar to remove solids and bottle the clear liquid.
