Spicy Capsicum And Garlic Vinegar
Ingredients
- Capsicum pods, fully ripe
- 1 clove garlic
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Vinegar
Method
- 1 Place ripe capsicum pods, garlic clove, and cayenne pepper into a jar.
- 2 Boil the vinegar and pour it hot over the ingredients in the jar.
- 3 Fill the jar completely and let it stand for two weeks.
- 4 Strain the vinegar to remove solids and bottle the clear liquid.
