Spiced Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- spices of your choice (e.g., garlic, paprika, sage)
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Drain and rinse beans, removing skins. Pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
- 2 Place oil in a 9x13 baking dish. Add beans, salt, and spices. Toss to coat evenly.
- 3 Bake for 45-60 minutes, shaking the pan every 15 minutes to ensure even crisping.
