Spiced Grilled Perch With Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 fresh perch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Allspice, to taste
- 1 bay leaf, chopped fine
- Other strong spices, to taste
- Breadcrumbs, lightly flavored with spices
Method
- 1 Marinate the perch in olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaf, and other spices for 1 hour.
- 2 Remove fish from marinade and roll lightly in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- 3 Grill over a low fire until golden brown.
- 4 Serve with butter sauce.
