Spiced Grilled Perch With Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh perch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Allspice, to taste
  • 1 bay leaf, chopped fine
  • Other strong spices, to taste
  • Breadcrumbs, lightly flavored with spices

Method

  1. 1 Marinate the perch in olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaf, and other spices for 1 hour.
  2. 2 Remove fish from marinade and roll lightly in seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. 3 Grill over a low fire until golden brown.
  4. 4 Serve with butter sauce.
