Sparkling Mint Lemon Tea
Ingredients
- 2 tsp loose tea leaves
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- Carbonated water
- Pulverized sugar, to taste
Method
- 1 Place tea in a pitcher and pour boiling water over it.
- 2 Cover closely and let steep for 30 minutes.
- 3 Drain the tea and refrigerate until cold.
- 4 Combine tea, lemon juice, crushed ice, and mint in a tall glass.
- 5 Top with carbonated water and sweeten with sugar if desired.
