  • 3 cups uncooked pasta (any shape)
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (26-ounce) jar low-sodium spaghetti sauce
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. 1 Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  2. 2 Drain pasta and vegetables and set aside.
  3. 3 Bring spaghetti sauce to a boil over medium heat.
  4. 4 Stir in the pasta and vegetables.
  5. 5 Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
