Sour Milk Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour milk
- ½ cup cooked cereal or 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted fat
- 1 egg
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Mix bread crumbs, flour, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Add the beaten egg, melted fat, and cooked cereal to the dry ingredients.
- 3 Mix the baking soda with the sour milk, then pour into the other ingredients and stir until combined.
