Sour Milk Corn Muffins
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup thick sour milk
Method
- 1 Sift together cornmeal, flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar.
- 2 Mix in the beaten egg and sour milk until combined.
- 3 Pour into well-buttered muffin tins.
- 4 Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
