Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup thick sour cream
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups raisins, ground
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- 1 Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, sour cream, beaten eggs, and ground raisins in a bowl.
- 2 Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
- 3 Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes.
