Sour Cream Potato And Celery Salad
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes, sliced thin
- salt
- thick sour cream
- celery, cut into small pieces
- vinegar
Method
- 1 Slice cold boiled potatoes thinly and salt well.
- 2 Pour thick sour cream over the potatoes and stir gently.
- 3 Cut celery into small pieces and mix into the salad.
- 4 Let stand for one hour, then add vinegar (using one-third the amount of cream) and stir.
- 5 Refrigerate in a cool place for two to three hours before serving.
