Smoked Mackerel Canapes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mackerel, flaked
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- toasted bread triangles
- parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Flake the mackerel into small bits and place in a bowl.
- 2 Add mayonnaise, paprika, and chopped parsley to the fish.
- 3 Mix ingredients until a smooth paste forms.
- 4 Spread the mixture onto triangles of toasted bread.
- 5 Garnish with additional parsley and serve.
