Method

  1. 1 Flake the mackerel into small bits and place in a bowl.
  2. 2 Add mayonnaise, paprika, and chopped parsley to the fish.
  3. 3 Mix ingredients until a smooth paste forms.
  4. 4 Spread the mixture onto triangles of toasted bread.
