Slow Cooked Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1½ tbsp butter
Method
- 1 Beat eggs lightly with a fork just to break the yolks.
- 2 Stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Melt butter in a clean frying pan over slow heat until bubbling.
- 4 Add egg mixture and stir constantly until they begin to set.
- 5 Remove from heat and continue stirring until desired consistency is reached.
- 6 Serve immediately, optionally garnished with parsley or croûtons.
