Slow Cooked Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1½ tbsp butter

Method

  1. 1 Beat eggs lightly with a fork just to break the yolks.
  2. 2 Stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Melt butter in a clean frying pan over slow heat until bubbling.
  4. 4 Add egg mixture and stir constantly until they begin to set.
  5. 5 Remove from heat and continue stirring until desired consistency is reached.
  6. 6 Serve immediately, optionally garnished with parsley or croûtons.
