Slow Cooked Pork And Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs fresh pork
- 1 qt sauerkraut
- Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1 Place pork in a large stew pan and cover with cold water. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
- 2 Add sauerkraut, ensuring there is enough liquid to cover the ingredients. Cook slowly for another hour.
- 3 Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with mashed or boiled potatoes.
