Slow Cooked Beef Tomato Stew
Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef round, sliced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ground cloves to taste
- Mushroom catsup
Method
- 1 Cut beef round into small slices and place in a pot.
- 2 Cover with a can of tomatoes, add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and powdered cloves.
- 3 Cook slowly, covered, until the meat is tender.
- 4 Stir in a little mushroom catsup and serve.
