Slow-Baked Layered Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • butter, for cooking
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • melted butter, for pouring

Method

  1. 1 Peel and chop raw potatoes. Cook them covered in seasoned butter over very low heat until soft, then drain.
  2. 2 Layer the cooked potatoes and grated Parmesan cheese in a baking dish.
  3. 3 Pour melted butter over the layers and bake in a slow oven (300°F) for 30 minutes. Serve in the dish.
