Slow-Baked Layered Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes, peeled and chopped
- butter, for cooking
- grated Parmesan cheese
- melted butter, for pouring
Method
- 1 Peel and chop raw potatoes. Cook them covered in seasoned butter over very low heat until soft, then drain.
- 2 Layer the cooked potatoes and grated Parmesan cheese in a baking dish.
- 3 Pour melted butter over the layers and bake in a slow oven (300°F) for 30 minutes. Serve in the dish.
