  • 2 oz almonds, chopped fine
  • 3 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
  • 6 oz sugar
  • 1.5 oz grated chocolate

Method

  1. 1 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Stir in sugar and grated chocolate.
  2. 2 Fold in chopped almonds.
  3. 3 Bake in a cool oven (300°F) until set.
