Sloe Gin And Vermouth Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shaved ice
• 1/4 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 1/2 oz vermouth
• 1/2 oz sloe gin
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Method

1. 1 Fill a mixing glass two-thirds full with shaved ice.
2. 2 Add lemon juice, simple syrup, vermouth, sloe gin, and bitters.
3. 3 Stir well until chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass.
