  • Lettuce leaves
  • Vinegar
  • Water
  • Ice
  • French dressing

Method

  1. 1 Wash and peel the Jerusalem artichokes. Slice them very thinly.
  2. 2 Place the slices in an earthen bowl with vinegar, water, and a lump of ice to prevent browning.
  3. 3 When ready to serve, arrange the artichokes in the center of fresh lettuce leaves.
