Sliced Jerusalem Artichoke Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- Jerusalem artichokes (sunchokes)
- Lettuce leaves
- Vinegar
- Water
- Ice
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Wash and peel the Jerusalem artichokes. Slice them very thinly.
- 2 Place the slices in an earthen bowl with vinegar, water, and a lump of ice to prevent browning.
- 3 When ready to serve, arrange the artichokes in the center of fresh lettuce leaves.
- 4 Drizzle with French dressing and serve immediately.
