Skillet Oysters With Butter And Cream
Ingredients
- 25-50 oysters
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter
- Buttered toast or crackers
- 2 tbsp cream or ½ tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Method
- 1 Place oysters in a blazer or skillet over heat.
- 2 Cook until hot and plump, then season with salt, pepper, and butter.
- 3 Stir in cream or lemon juice if desired.
- 4 Serve immediately on buttered toast or crackers.
