Simmered Lamb Neck And Rice Stew
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean lamb neck, cut into small pieces
- Cold water
- Salt to taste
- Freshly boiled rice
Method
- 1 Place lamb pieces in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil.
- 2 Add salt, then simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until the lamb is tender.
- 3 Stir in freshly boiled rice and simmer until the rice absorbs the meat seasoning.
