Simmered Herb And Almond Milk Soup
Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch borage
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chard
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 cup almond milk
Method
- 1 Boil the spinach, borage, parsley, chard, dill, and similar herbs in water. Drain and discard the water.
- 2 Finely chop or mince the cooked herbs on a cutting board.
- 3 Simmer the minced herbs in almond milk over low heat until heated through, preventing burning.
