Sieved Egg Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 slices graham bread
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp cream or milk
- Salt to taste
- Butter for spreading
- Lettuce for serving
Method
- 1 Butter slices of graham bread.
- 2 Press 4 hard-boiled eggs through a sieve into a bowl.
- 3 Add salt and 1 tbsp cream or milk; rub into a smooth paste.
- 4 Spread the egg mixture onto the bread slices.
- 5 Sandwich the slices together, trim edges, and serve with lettuce.
