Sieved Creamy Horseradish With Bread Crumbs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soft white bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish
- Enough milk or cream to reach cream consistency
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Method
- 1 Mix bread crumbs and grated horseradish in a bowl.
- 2 Cover with milk or cream and let soak for two hours.
- 3 Rub the mixture through a sieve to remove lumps.
- 4 Stir in salt, sugar, and vinegar.
- 5 Adjust consistency with additional milk or cream if needed.
