Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Cook potatoes until well done, ensuring they are dry and floury.
- 2 Press the hot potatoes through a wire sieve into a saucepan.
- 3 Mix thoroughly with butter, cream, salt, and pepper until hot.
- 4 Mound the potatoes in a vegetable dish and smooth the top with a knife.
