Shrimp Salad With Lettuce And Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 cans shrimp (tall cans)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce (coarse green outer leaves)
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
Method
- 1 Drain and wash the shrimp under cold water.
- 2 Finely shred the coarse green outer leaves of the lettuce and measure two cups.
- 3 Place the lettuce in a bowl and add the chopped green pepper, onion, and mayonnaise.
- 4 Mix the ingredients well.
- 5 Fill a nest of crisp lettuce leaves with the mixture.
- 6 Lay the shrimp on top, mask with mayonnaise, and garnish with quartered hard-boiled eggs.
