  • 2 cans shrimp (tall cans)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (coarse green outer leaves)
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered

Method

  1. 1 Drain and wash the shrimp under cold water.
  2. 2 Finely shred the coarse green outer leaves of the lettuce and measure two cups.
  3. 3 Place the lettuce in a bowl and add the chopped green pepper, onion, and mayonnaise.
