Shrimp And Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 cups peeled, sliced, and drained tomatoes
- Lettuce leaves
- Mayonnaise
Method
- 1 Chop the shrimp into half-inch pieces.
- 2 Combine the shrimp with twice the quantity of peeled, sliced, and drained tomatoes.
- 3 Serve the mixture on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise on the side.
