Shrimp And Tomato Salad With Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- sliced tomatoes, seeds removed
- picked shrimps
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (tarragon vinegar optional)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Method
- 1 Arrange sliced tomatoes with seeds removed on a serving dish.
- 2 Sprinkle the picked shrimps evenly over the tomatoes.
- 3 Whisk the egg yolk with salt and mustard in a bowl.
- 4 Slowly drizzle in the salad oil while stirring constantly in one direction until emulsified.
- 5 Stir in vinegar, pepper, and a small amount of prepared mustard.
- 6 Pour the mayonnaise sauce over the tomatoes and shrimps and serve.
