Shredded Cod And Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 piece codfish
  • ½ cup diluted vinegar
  • black pepper to season
  • 1 cup cold boiled potatoes, sliced very thin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method

  1. 1 Soak the codfish overnight in water.
  2. 2 Place the fish in fresh water and bring to a boil, but do not let it boil vigorously. Remove the fish and shred it, discarding skin and bones. Allow to cool.
  3. 3 Combine the shredded fish with sliced cold boiled potatoes, chopped parsley, pepper, olive oil, and diluted vinegar. Toss to combine.
