Shredded Brussels Sprout Pear Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
- 1 large pear, diced (approx. 1 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- black pepper
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the pear, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, almonds, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, thyme, nutmeg, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- 3 Serve immediately.
