Shredded Brussels Sprout Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1 large pear, diced (approx. 1 1/2 cup)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the pear, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, almonds, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, thyme, nutmeg, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
