Sheet Pan Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- 10 egg yolks
- 375 g granulated sugar
- 10 egg whites
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Butter for greasing pan
Method
- 1 Beat 10 egg yolks with 375 g sugar for 15 minutes until light and fluffy.
- 2 Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, 400 g flour, and 1 packet baking powder until just combined.
- 3 Pour batter into a buttered sheet pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
