Shallot Parsley Egg Stuffing
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 shallots
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Chop the shallots finely.
- 2 Combine shallots, bread crumbs, parsley, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- 3 Add the egg and stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
