Shallot And Parsley Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mustard to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Method
- 1 Finely slice the shallots and shred the parsley.
- 2 Place the shallots and parsley in a sauce boat.
- 3 Season with salt, pepper, and mustard to taste.
- 4 Whisk together 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- 5 Pour the dressing over the vegetables and serve with cold meats.
