Shallot And Parsley Milk Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 handful shallots, chopped
- ¼ handful parsley, washed and chopped
Method
- 1 Place milk, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and heat gently.
- 2 Chop shallots and parsley. Add them to the hot milk.
- 3 Bring to a boil and simmer until shallots are tender, then serve.
