Shaken Brandy Rum Shaved Ice With Tropical Fruit

Ingredients

• Shaved ice
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ¼ ounce Santa Cruz rum
• 1½ ounces brandy
• 1 slice orange
• 1 piece pineapple

Method

1. 1 Fill a large bar glass three-quarters full with shaved ice.
2. 2 Dissolve 2 teaspoons of sugar in 1 tablespoon of water.
3. 3 Add the lemon juice, rum, and brandy to the glass.
4. 4 Shake well, garnish with fruit, and serve with a straw.
