Scrambled Eggs With Dried Beef
Ingredients
- ¼ pound dried beef
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk or water
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
- 1 Pick dried beef into small pieces. Cover with cold water, heat until hot but do not boil, then drain.
- 2 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the drained beef and heat through.
- 3 Beat eggs with milk or water. Pour into the pan with the beef. Stir constantly until eggs begin to set and are cooked to desired consistency.
