Scrambled Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice buttered toast
Method
- 1 Place egg yolks and whites in a pan with butter, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Stir over heat for 1-2 minutes until thickened into small lumps.
- 3 Pour the cooked eggs onto a slice of buttered toast and serve immediately.
