Savory Pork And Egg Fritters
Ingredients
- pork slices, rind removed
- 2-3 eggs
- flour
- sweet milk
Method
- 1 Cut pork slices thin, discarding rind. Fry on both sides to light brown, then remove from pan.
- 2 Beat eggs with a little flour and sweet milk. Pour half the batter into the hot pan.
- 3 Return pork to pan (sliced or cubed). Pour remaining batter over the pork.
- 4 Cook until set on one side, cut into squares, flip, and serve hot.
