Ingredients

  • pork slices, rind removed
  • 2-3 eggs
  • flour
  • sweet milk

Method

  1. 1 Cut pork slices thin, discarding rind. Fry on both sides to light brown, then remove from pan.
  2. 2 Beat eggs with a little flour and sweet milk. Pour half the batter into the hot pan.
  3. 3 Return pork to pan (sliced or cubed). Pour remaining batter over the pork.
  4. 4 Cook until set on one side, cut into squares, flip, and serve hot.
