Sautéed Zucchini With Parmesan
Ingredients
- 4 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- 1 Wash and thinly slice the zucchini and onion.
- 2 Place zucchini, onion, water, margarine, and pepper in a frying pan.
- 3 Cover and cook over medium heat for one minute.
- 4 Remove cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 5 Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, toss lightly, and serve immediately.
