Sautéed Zucchini With Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  1. 1 Wash and thinly slice the zucchini and onion.
  2. 2 Place zucchini, onion, water, margarine, and pepper in a frying pan.
  3. 3 Cover and cook over medium heat for one minute.
  4. 4 Remove cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. 5 Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, toss lightly, and serve immediately.
